Static Date/Time Stamp
I've looked around and I realize that this is a feature many people want within smartsheet. I was wondering if anyone has a workaround for this. I want to automate the start date to today but I don't want it to change so using =TODAY () won't work. The sheet that I'm trying to implement this in also uses a form to input information easier. Looking forward to discussion.

You can now set a timestamp date based on another cell change using an automation workflow!

Hi Zachary,
The third-party service, Zapier, is an excellent option for this scenario. Is that an option for you?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

Hi Andrée
I've looked into Zapier briefly. I was hoping to find something without using third party sources, but Zapier appears to be an answer to most non-existent smartsheet features. Thanks for your comment.

I'll get back to the post if I come to think of something else.
