redirection of to receive incoming emails


I have set up an approval workflow for staff to request IT support from an external provider. A Manager approves the request and on doing so the line is sent to the help desk of the IT company. The IT company has an auto responder email that confirms that have received the request and the email responder starts the dialogue process. The problem is the auto response goes back to Is there a way to redirect emails going back to so that the auto responder can arrive at an inbox within our company ( preferably back to the Approver Manager in the workflow)
