Calendar formatting to indicate event is cancelled

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is something like conditional formatting for the Calendar app where if the Status Column of the source report = cancelled, then the event would be highlighted is a different color. That would be ideal, but if anyone has ideas about how to visually indicate which events are cancelled on a calendar, that would be great.

I don't have much experience with the Calendar app, but have you looked into conditional formatting on the source data?

I know that changing the task bar color in conditional formatting will change the color for the Gantt bar, the calendar bar in Calendar view, and the color of the card in Card view. It may be worth seeing if it will pull through to the calendar app as well.

We used a column with the status symbols (green - confirmed, yellow - possibly happening, red - cancelled)

This column was then shown in the Calender App as a symbol and it is clear to all.
