Sender of Workflow emails

Hello,

we are currently working on an solution where we need to collect input from users outside our organization.

While the workflow works fine, emails appear as send from "automation@smartsheet.com". To make it more likely for users to respond to our request, we would prefer it being send from one of our company accounts.

My question is: can the sender of the workflow emails be changed anywhere?
