Personal logo in Forms
Does anyone know why sometimes when you (I) create a new form, the label icon is "Smart Sheet" but sometimes it is my company logo and colors.
I set up so that my company logo and colors are the default, but 99% of the time when I create a grid and turn it into a Form, it has the "Smart Sheet' logo and colors.
I cant figure out the correlation and once the form is created there is no way to edit the logo or colors

Could it be that some sheets are in workspaces and others are in your own Sheets folder?

Thank you Paul, yes that is correct.
So if its in a Workspace they aren't able to have the personal logo?
Or do I have to create it outside of the workspace to have the personal logo?

You could set the logo for the workspace(s) and then it would show up on the forms.
