Exporting Calendar View to PDF not working

Hi, I'm trying to export my calendar view from the calendar app to a PDF, however it does not work; it briefly goes blank and returns to the view but does not generate a PDF. Can you help? Also, is there the ability to export this to Excel?

I just ran "download PDF" from Calendar and it worked the way it was designed to. Whenever someone in my ecosystem has that type of issue, it is external to SmartSheet. Check your download folder - there may be a file created but Adobe didn't open it. Then check your browser version and creation permissions. (Can you create PDFs from inside SmartSheet)

If you want to export information to Excel, do so from the originating SmartSheet. (Calendar has no option for that anyway).

Thank you! I found that the issue was Chrome @ that point in time; Explorer had no issues. Now Chrome is functioning properly as well. Thank you!

It looks like you may have a different issue than Rick. Rick was looking for the download file, but you have attached the PDF created from Smartsheet.

Would you be able to explain your issue further? Is it that you're unable to see any content within the calendar? If so, it would be helpful to see a screen capture of your sheet in Grid View and then in Calendar view, along with the PDF settings you identified in the pop-up window when generating the document (but please block out any sensitive data!)
