Is it possible to create a personalized email format?

Hi everyone,

I want to send an automated email from Smartsheet with some specific information, but I want to give it some specific format to the email just like if I send it from outlook.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a possible workaround, you could use a 3rd party solution.

Is that an option?

In my client solutions, I usually use Zapier. It works well with Outlook, Office 365 and G-suite, and more.
