Is there a way to format text on a form?

We would like to be able to perform additional formatting on our forms - to underline/bold text or have some text be a different color. Is there a way to do this that I am missing? I've reviewed the forums and help articles and haven't found anything that addresses this.

Is this feature now available? I see it called out in the Forms Best Practices video - about 8:20 into the video but don't see it available for myself. Does it require a special account type to make it available? https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/best-practice-webinars/forms

You can now do text formatting for form title, form description, and field help text for the following:

• Bold, Italic, Underline
• Text color
• Text highlight color
• left, right, center justification
• Bullets, numbering
• Custom link text

I would like to be able to change the format of the Forms divider line too - I can't seem to change it from the rather pale grey
