Autopopulated customized response after form submission

I don't think this is an option, but here goes.

I have a form connected to a smartsheet that references another smartsheet to autopopulate text information based on a selection in the form. Instead of someone having to either 1) go in and view the autopopulated cells, or 2) the smartsheet owner emailing the submitter the information from an autopopulated fillable PDF, my team would like it if after the submission it automatically displayed the autopopulated information either on the submission screen or maybe by email?

Is there any capability for this?

If you are capturing their email address on the form, you could set up an alert to trigger when this cell is populated and send to them automatically.
