Outside Users and Notifications

We changed our sheet permission to be unrestricted and updated our notifications to be sent to anyone. We did two tests, one to my personal email (included in our domain) and one to my assistant's personal email (not included in our domain). I was able to receive the email however my assistant did not. Is there a way for users outside our account to receive notifications or will I have to add every new hire email to our domain?

    Neither of our personal emails were logged into smarthseet at the time; the smartsheet accounts we use are set up using our work emails. (At least I think that is what you are asking!)

    Ok. So neither of the "recipient emails" were the ones making the changes. I noticed you said that you adjusted the sheet permissions. Are there restrictions set at the account level as well?
