The Smartsheet community is pretty established, but curious how many companies are also successfully using 10k'? ... there aren't many topics that emerge here for that product, so I thought I'd ask the general question.
Our agency has been working with both tools for about 6 months, and I'm glad to see us getting more rigorous in project planning with Smartsheet.
10,000 Feet is serving us fairly well for resource management visibility, time entry and budget tracking / forecasting.
But we are bumping up against some quirks in how the tools work together, and some potentially problematic UX issues in 10k' which I don't know if Smartsheet is going to bother addressing (applying client-specific bill rates does not seem as easy as it should be / compared to less sophisticated tools).
Anyway, curious who else is out there and open to sharing what's working! Glad to do the same in greater detail!
