Possible to send a identify verification SMS via DocuSign with Smartsheet?

I would like to send an attachment via Smartsheet/DocuSign API and set up already the template.

But I can't figure out how to set up the mobile number in Smartsheet that the recipient can receive the identity verification SMS.

Does anybody generated documents already and used the verification SMS?
