DataShuttle Error: Access Token is Invalid

Hi, I have a datashuttle that's been working for several weeks but today gave the error: Workflow Execute: Your Access Token is Invalid.
I didn't use any API to create this datashuttle, and we don't have JIRA connected.

This error can appear if Data Shuttle is unable to access the Smartsheet source or target. Can you try editing the workflow and reselect the source and targets?
Let me know if this has resolved your issue!
Cheers,
Genevieve

Hi @Ryan P Anderson , I've been having the same issue recently with a few of my workflows that are connecting with files in box - Attached error. I wonder if it's a box issue. I have it running on a schedule which failed but then the next scheduled time it did run without having to manually edit the workflow and re select the source and targets.
Are you also using box as your source file?
