Logos on Alerts

Can logos be added to "alerts" and how? When we send out alerts recipients ignore them because they feel that are phishing attempts because they show as an external delivery coming from my email address. But I want to add our company logo so it will be more identifiable by the recipient.

Apologies for the confusion. I just remembered that the Logo isn't included in the Update Requests.

I'd recommend starting the message with something that identifies that it's not a phishing attempt.

Thank you for responding. I tried that first but it does not update the logo on the actual "update alerts" that are sent out. Is there another way to apply a logo that is specific to the "update alert" message that is sent to recipients? Thanks!

Not sure I follow!

You can change the branding on the account or in a specific Workspace that includes everything in it. If you change it on the account level, it will only change on the new items.

Makes sense. I have the company logo on all workspaces and on the account level, but when I send a request for update notification with a specific custom message, it is received by the recipient without the company logo. Does it just not attach to update request alerts sent based on system functionality? The update request are sent out weekly and are sent with no logo so recipients are afraid to click on the links I supply within the update request for fear that the message is a phishing attempt.
