Jira Connector: Where did the lightning bolt shortcut go?

There used to be a jira connector shortcut that looked like a lightning bolt on the vertical menu that seems to have disappeared for everyone at my company. Does anyone know how to get this back?

This is a recently reported issue that our Support team is looking into and working to resolve. The icons for accessing Connectors are temporarily unavailable from within the main Smartsheet app as you have found, however, all systems are still functional and you can access the JIRA connector directly through this URL: https://connectors.smartsheet.com/c/jira

The Connectors are currently fully operational, however there is some ongoing maintenance as of April 11, 2022, which has temporarily disabled the icons in-app. You can still access the JIRA and Salesforce connectors directly from the URLS:

• https://connectors.smartsheet.com/c/jira/login
• https://connectors.smartsheet.com/c/salesforce/login

The in-app buttons will be re-enabled after the maintenance has been completed, which we expect to take at least a few days.

Yes, this should be resolved and you should see the connector icon in the app again. 🙂

If you don't, try accessing the connector from the direct URL I have linked above. If you can't gain access directly, it's likely because the account you're logging in with does not have the correct permissions, which is why you are unable to see the icon.

@Garrett Henke The lightening bolt was fixed back for a bit but it has disappeared again in the last few weeks.

The lightning bolt never returned after their maintenance. Has anyone heard anyting on when it will be back?
