Adobe Document Signatures

Is Adobe available to integrate with Smartsheet for the purpose of document signatures?

Current workflow:

1. Form submitter uploads a document to be signed by 3 individuals
2. Tier 1 - download, sign, save, upload
3. Tier 2 - download, sign, save, upload
4. Tier 3, download, sign, save, upload, route back to submitter

This is a lot of unnecessary downloading, saving and uploading.

What can be added to ease the workflow of signatures?

• Adobe Sign?
• DocuSign?

Hi @johnnylu

Smartsheet has an integration with DocuSign through Document Builder. In this instance, your form submitter would create a row of data that you could use to generate a Document from the row, instead of uploading an attachment.

Good question! No, Document Builder is not currently supported in Smartsheet's .gov environment. (See: Differences Between Smartsheet Gov and Smartsheet Commercial)

If you're on .gov, then the way you're currently handling this process is likely the best way to proceed.

Ok, unfortunate to hear that. I have heard that it may become available in Q1 FY22.

@Genevieve P. it has been over 2 years since i last read this thread. Will there be an integration with Adobe/Smartsheet to work the same way as Docusign/Smartsheet do?

This would be a game changer for quite a lot of smartsheet users!

Thank you @Genevieve P. , yes i have this mapped and is all set. I am just hopping to see the same features from DocuSign in Acrobat.
