Find the source sheet of an automation email
Can anyone tell me how to find the source sheet of an automation email?
An email was sent to someone in error which they forwarded to me but there is not enough information on the notification to identify which sheet is the source of the automation?
There is an ID at the bottom of the notification, am I able to use that to find the source sheet?

I have this same issue, but there is not link or sheet information; there is only a message being sent to a few people in our office. There is an ID at the bottom, but I don't know how to track that.
I can click on the unsubscribe button but that doesn't give me information either.

It seems like this would be a very helpful feature somewhere on the automated emails to have a link to the source sheet. It can be searching for a needle in a haystack.
