Workspace Viewing

We want to create a new workspace but only want certain people to be able to access that workspace. Will system Admins be able to see the work space if there is some data we don't want some of the system admin to view

Good Morning,

Hope you are good and safe!

We can give access to certain people for workspace. If you dont want to give access to workspace but those people wants to see some data means you can provides access to the Sheet/Report which contains the data.

• No, System Admins will not see the data if it is not shared.

Adding to your point,

We have not shared workspace but any particular data available in any Sheet means we can provide them that Sheet/Report alone instead of full workspace. Am I right?
