Pivot App Not Working Consistently

Hello- I have a pivot workflow set up to run hourly however it looks like the pivot app is not running consistently. It did not run an hour ago but it ran twice two hours ago. It also didn't run 7 hours ago but ran twice 8 hours ago. I have this feeding a report that is automatically distributed at 5pm everyday so it went out today without any information. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there anyway to have the pivot update more frequently? Thank you!

    Pivot Hourly requests are queued and executed in batches; this means that the exact moment is approximate and the minutes can fluctuate depending on the queue. It looks like your config logs show expected behaviour.

    I would suggest providing your feedback to the Product team about your experience, here, or if you continue to have issues, reach out to Smartsheet Support where you can share more information (such as detailed screen captures and the sheet) in a private channel.
