Button to add text to pictures is missing in Android app

Hi,

According to the following help article there should be a button to add text to pictures when uploading pictures with the Android app. This button is missing in the app on my phone and on my tablet. I updated both devices to Version 9.3.0 Build 323. Is it possible to solve this?

The article linked above and image is from the "Smartsheet for iOS" Help Article. There are slight differences in functionality between the Android App and the iOS App. One of these differences is the ability to add text on top of an image; this is not currently available in the Android version.
