It seems like there is no way to share information and ensure the user sees ONLY what you permit. We have a workspace shared to 2 ppl, Owner and Admin, We have sheets that we did not share in the workspace. We locked columns and hid everything on the sheet and then created reports from the sheet. Viewer access was granted on the sheet. The reports showed what we wanted. On the source sheet we hid ALL columns excited for one.
We knew viewers cannot unlock or hide, but the VIEW DETAIL function on the sheet let's them see everything anyways. What's the point in hiding and locking if they have that option?
Is there a solution I am missing? Thank you!
