Why can't I see larger files while on mobile?

Our field team access our attached files via multiple mobile devices. They use Apple phones, Android phones, iPads, and Android tablets. The problem happens on all mobile devices no matter the quality of the device. In the field we primarily view pdf plans. Our field guys have noticed that when they view the larger pdfs, they can only scroll so far before it jumps back to the beginning of the pdf. Can anyone explain why they aren't able to view the whole pdfs that they are opening in the Smartsheet app?

I haven't heard of this happening before; if you're seeing this as a consistent issue with larger PDFs in any mobile device, please report it to the Smartsheet Support team, including a screen recording of the issue and a list of the types of devices you tested, along with an example large PDF.
