How to undo a proof and place it back in the attachments tab

Hi Community members,

I have converted the wrong attachment to a proof and am trying to understand how I can undo this action.

I simply want to capture the date/time of when this attachment was uploaded. However, this is no longer visible under the proof banner.

I do not want to delete the proof with the risk of removing the attachment entirely.

Any guidance on this would be very helpful!

Hi @speshavaria

You can Download a Proof at any time from the top right corner to then re-attach this as an attachment to the row instead:

Then you can find the Date/Time for when the file was attached as a Proof from the Proof Panel in the sheet on the right:

Once you've attached this file to the row and gathered the data you need, you can come back in and fully delete the proof:
