Is there a way to limit what others can view in a shared sheet while still allowing them edit access
I'd like to be able to share a filtered view with clients that only shows tasks assigned to them. I've been able to set up a saved filter and default view, but clients are able to turn the filter off which then allows them access to ALL tasks. Is it possible to limit what they're able to view while still allowing them edit access?

Hi Tara. With Dynamic View and a Contact type column, you can restrict their view to rows which have their contact info in that contact column.

Thanks, Mike! I was wondering if Dynamic Views would be the solution. All of the webinars that I've seen on it show it's use with forms/tickets so I wasn't positive. Will look into this further. I appreciate your help!

Hi @Tara Patton
I hope you're well and safe!
To add to Mike's excellent advice/answer.
- Another option could be the Premium App, WorkApps.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!
