I use automation a lot including notifications and update requests.
To limit the receiver's access to only the fields I want them to update (otherwise they go wild) I select the fields for update but put all the other pertinent (not to be changed) information in the customised message using the {{field name}} function to include the data.
We have had another upgrade, lots of things have changed with the look and feel and again no notification this was going to happen.
Worse than that - my update requests have changed so instead of the customised subject in the email I now get the title of the automation and NO customised message. So my recipient is just getting the fields they need to update with no other information.
Anyone else out there getting this issue as it takes weeks for Smartsheet support to get back to me.
