Sending Scheduled Reports

Hello,

I have a project with many tasks, and created a report that pulls in any outstanding tasks based on who is assigned in the Assigned To field. I can download the report and send to them manually, but this project runs for the next 8 months and wanted to see about automating the report to send on a weekly basis. I did the report so that the dev team would not get individual emails for each outstanding tasks. What is the best/easiest way to get these reports sent out on a schedule to each of the team that have outstanding tasks?

@Bruce Southers More a philosophical answer than a technical one; if you send folks the link to the report, they can view it (pull it) any time they want. That is the intent (I think) of an online tool.

You could send a reminder, maybe every Monday morning, suggesting to everyone to check the report. Otherwise you risk reverting back to alerts for every outstanding task.
