Jira Connector - Going only from Jira to SmartSheet, not updating existing data

We have a few workflows that are set up to "Manually copy new issues and updates from Jira to Smartsheet". We've noticed that even though we run the workflow, not all the data in the selected fields gets updated. One example is the Assignee field. It is not updating in Smartsheet to reflect what has been updated in Jira.

The only solution we've found so far is to delete all rows in the Smartsheet and then rerun the workflow.

Hi @Lisa McCurry

There are certain fields that cannot be mapped or do not sync when mapped from Jira to Smartsheet; this may happen if you're using specific custom fields in Jira Service Desk (or Next Gen, or Portfolio) within the Connector.

I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with full screen captures of your workflow set-up, explaining the fields that won't update.
