Workflow not working
Hi all,
We've put a workflow together (see picture attached). The plan is as follows:
- a volunteer fills out online form (see attached) and selects a community group (A, B or C) to support with current flooding issues.

that's bizarre, 2/3 of my question vanished! So, where was I? here we go:
- a volunteer fills out online form (see attached) and selects a community group (A, B or C) to support with current flooding issues.
- to each community group corresponds a specific email to receive the volunteer's submission.
- the workflow directs the volunteers' details captured in the volunteers table (under the column "community group" as per the headings attached) directly to the selected community's group email (as in the workflow).
- But nothing as such is happening. I, even, don't get an alert. Why is that?

Try changing the Trigger to when rows are added and remove the condition.

I've uploaded another screenshot of the test workflow.
When I select Axel as a community group the form, when submitted, should automatically send me an email and change the value in the "Matched" column (which has the two options "unmatched" and "matched") to "matched"; but it doesn't either.
