Recurring Rows on a smartsheet grid

Hello Smartsheet community,

I come to ask a question regarding recurring rows. For this Smartsheet I've attached a screenshot to help explain my question. I wanted to know if there was a way that Smartsheet could automatically add rows to Smartsheet without the hassle of copying and pasting rows each month. Below will help better explain what I mean. I would like Smartsheet to copy and paste another Q3 Planning parent and children rows (Rows 1-5) automatically to the top of the grid. So once the process is finished, There would be two Q3 Planning parent and children rows with the same information stacked on top of each other, without me having to copy and paste it each time. I understand copy and pasting is a simple easy task, but this could get tedious having to do this each and every month to multiple different sheets. Wondering if there was a better way to suit my needs. Please let me know what you think and if there is any more information needed.

You could set up a holding sheet and use a copy row automation to push the rows out on a monthly basis, but you would still have to manually move them to the top and indent them.
