Pivot App Error #1056: Column titles must be unique.

I received the following error message when attempting to update my pivot tables. Any clarification on what this means? All of my column titles are unique.

"Error code 1056 (Ref: 639stog7udc6): Column titles must be unique."

I created two separate Pivots based on the same report, which brings together 9 different sheets (all with the same column titles) that parses data from Data Shuttle.

@Genevieve P. - had tried those steps before posting this thread, unfortunately didn't work for me.

Is there any supporting technical information as to what the Error 1056 means and how to resolve it? The other post is suggesting I recreate the pivot table by re-adding configuration slowly but that either doesn't work, or I'm unable to validate effectively based on the Pivot update schedule.

Thanks for confirming what steps you've tried. Error 1056 has to do with the column names that are being created or mapped through your workflow.

At this point I would recommend working directly with Smartsheet Support so you can share fully screen captures or a screen recording of your current set-up (source material, Pivot set-up, end sheet, including sheet and report URLs). They'll be able to troubleshoot this with you through a private channel where you can share more information.
