Can you save a draft version of a form, to come back to later to complete

I am creating a long form in Smartsheet, and aware that users may not be able to complete this in one sitting, but will want to save and then come back to the form. Can they save a draft of a partially created form?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

Using a Workflow combined with an automated Update Request that would trigger as long as the form hasn't been completed.

Would that work/help?

Hi @Andrée Starå , I was just searching around the forum and came across this post. I have a similar issue in creating a purchase order form. Would your workaround work for a form where there's an auto-generated purchase order number? For example, if a user starts to fill out the form, but does not submit it yet, is the auto-generated number reserved so that another user who completes another form cannot have the same number? Or is that number only reserved when it is actually submitted?
