Predecessor Logic for a Specific Day of the Week

I am working on a project plan template that has a lot of dependencies enabled for dates, and many of them need to start or end on a specific day of the week. I have searched the community and see a lot of questions on this, but do continue to see that it has not been developed as of yet. I did try to search within the other ideas, but I'm not sure how to isolate just ideas. This may be redundant.

Example: I have a meeting that always falls on a Monday. I need that meeting to always fall on a specific Monday a certain number of days prior to the project launch. I realize I can do that manually, but this is a template that will be used by other resources ongoing so I'm looking to automate that.
