Multi-Tier Control Center Resources

I'm working on building out a Control Center program for my company and recently learned of the multi-tier configuration and think it's the solution for us! As I go about building it, I haven't found any trainings on how to set up the multi-tier structure (my CSM already had it enabled, but want to understand the way it works before I make my blueprints).

What are the best resources you've used to get familiar with the multi tier set up?

If they have it set up, the one I had set up for me had test data in it that allowed me to track the path of the flow of the data. You might want to see if your technical resource at Smartsheet can spin you up a new multi tier program in Control Center with the test data still in it.
