Is the Legacy Resource Management tool going to be phased out or is it here to stay?

Using resource management (previously 10k Feet) alone isn't enough for my team AND legacy resource management isn't enough. How can I use both simultaneously? And is Smartsheet planning to keep the legacy RM feature?

As far as I know, Legacy RM is being phased out.
