Licensed User Cannot Access Data Shuttle

Hello!

I am the System Admin for my company's Smartsheet account and I have given a licensed user access to all of our Premium Apps, but they are unable to see Data Shuttle. Any idea as to why this is happening and how I can fix it?

    Ask them to try and log in with the direct link first, and then I think it will show up.

    Andrée is absolutely right - hopefully you figure this out already but Smartsheet has a bit of a quirk where often the premium app will not show up in the launcher (which you shared a screenshot of) until the user goes directly to the premium app URL and logs in there for the first time.

    In this case they would want to go to https://datashuttle.smartsheet.com/

    Hi @Danielle Wilson, @Andrée Starå,

    This is a big "quirk", is it being fixed? It's very confusing for System/Account Admins. And why does DataMesh and WorkApps display properly without this 'work-around'? Is it only an issue for items with their own sub-domains - such as controlcenter.smartsheet.com and rm.smartsheet.com?

  • @Adrian Mandile CHESS WorkApps is a different situation but DataMesh should also have the same behavior as Data Shuttle. There are going to be some changes upcoming that should impact this, so I'd expect some different behavior over the next 6 months.
