I am creating a system in which students submit a form for a project that they are presenting to the university. The system calls for constant feedback and re-submitting. The only problem is, I don't see a way to automatically remove their previous file and replace it completely with their new file. This is how I want it to work:

1 - Student submits form with a file

2 - Administrator gets a request to approve or deny the form upload, denies it but sends it back to the user asking them to make modifications to their presentation.

3 - Student re-uploads their file, and it just writes over the previous file in the row instead of adding a new one.
