    I am thankful for the versatility, so many ways to show the data... so little time! The best feature is team collaboration, in all the forms that it offers. You can communicate all the way to showing a high-level overview of the data leadership requests for snapshots.

    For me it is both the ability to use Cross Sheet References, and the Automated Workflows. Both of these features are powerful tools that help me to utilize data more creatively, and to help make processes easier for teams to manage.

    I am most thankful for declarative coding. Smartsheet actually can teach a software engineer that is a code expert software design and layering solutions that are visualized. When learning programming, developers can get caught up on the code and lose track of the layers that are involved in complex code. With Smartsheet, you can design technical diagrams and mappings and easily visualize what tasks you are trying to complete -- and can see an overall end product before you even begin. The ease of use and APIs are great, but simplicity and ability to launch great products faster is key.

    I'm going to indulge myself and perhaps cheat a little here by taking a broad interpretation of the word 'feature'.

    I could talk about the capabilities of Dynamic View or Control Center or how the marriage of the two supercharge PMO activities, or I could talk about the insane flexibility of the core product. When I think about the business process transformation capabilities it offers, I'm not sure how parts of our business were able to operate efficiently without strategic introduction of Smartsheet across them.

    I would say the single biggest 'feature' for me is this incredible Community. It's amplified my learning not just about the product but about the business challenges (many shared across diverse industries) we face and just learning and connecting with members and superstars like @Alison Clancy, without whom I've no doubt the Community wouldn't quite shine as brightly as it does.

    Data Shuttle offers us amazing capabilities to connect to data inside and outside of Smartsheet to be able to reference sources of truth and often create new connected sources of truth that could not exist elsewhere.

    Allowing unified reporting from disparate sources without asking anything special from stake holders is an awesome capability.

    Updating dropdown options with the latest, vetted options keeps junk data entries at bay!
