Multiple Fillable PDFs in Document Builder
I have two fillable PDFs saved to a sheet. Using one automations to create a document, I want to use one of the documents when one condition is true and use a different document if another condition is met. I am trying to pull from one row and I have mapped both fillable PDFs and I am using some of the same fields. One of the conditions generates the correct document with the values populated on the PDF. The other fillable PDF, when the condition is met, ends up blank (values aren't pulling in). Can I use the same fields and map them to two different fillable PDFs based on these conditions in the automation?
Make sense?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
Yes, if you have it set up with conditional paths, and when something is true, it triggers and creates the correct document in Document Builder. You can connect the same fields to multiple Documents in Document Builder.
Make sense?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic day!

Thank you @Andrée Starå - makes sense and I believe I have it set-up correctly. I will continue to work through this and will call Smartsheet for support if I can't determine why it is not working. I will also look at my fillable PDF to make sure the fillable fields are set-up correctly. Thanks for your prompt feedback!
