I would not recommend zapier for complex or large data sets, especially if you are not familiar with custom code modules to bulkify your requests. Also if you need any recursive workflows that is not a mature offering at zapier at this time.

Zapier's pricing model looks very attractive at first but reminder zaps are NOT WORKFLOWS they are actions. So every if then, every compare, every update, etc is one zap.

Small infrequent workflows zapier works fine but if you are doing lots of records with complex processing Bridge is a better option at scale.

Outside of that the integration itself is pretty trivial, we have done several connectwise integrations here at Prime.
