Target Date vs Baseline in Project Management Office template
The project plan in PMO template have Target Start Date and Target End Date which seem to serve the same purpose as the Baseline Start and Baseline Finish. Are they redundant or am i missing something?

I recently created a project from the templates provided - the 'Ticketing system' one. How would I go about changing the 'duration' column from days to hours? We report on an hourly basis for our projects but it's a locked field and when I edit it, it doesn't give me the option to change the type. Thanks in advance!
