When I create a workapp to show a report the filter is not available to the user, but the sort is. How do I get the filter available as well? Workapp Edit Mode Workapp Preview Mode

End users able to create their own filters on sheets in WorkApps?
I was just trying workapps for the first time and it appears to me that unless you are the admin/owner of the workapp, you can't create a new filter while viewing a sheet in workapps. Viewing WorkApps on Mobile
Is anyone else having trouble viewing WorkApps in the Smartsheet mobile app? I used to have a bottom toolbar with a WorkApps icon, but it's no longer there.
