How to count characters in cell
Hello I am trying to figure out how to count characters in a cell. I am using the LEN formula =LEN(name of column) but i am getting the unparseable showing in cell every time i try?

Can I export a list of users that are contained within a particular group found in Group Management?
I have a group which contains over 300 employees. It is challenging trying to keep the list current, without being able to export a list of users contained in the Smartsheet group. Am I missing something? Any workarounds? Thanks! Mary

prevent owner from editing locket cell
how can I prevent owner to not be able to accidentally edit a locked cell/column, columns are already locked, but the owner will sometimes accidentally edit cells with formulas. Setting different working days for individuals
Is there a way to set different working days for individuals? I know that it is possible to define working days through the Project Settings function but I want to set this for one person only to reflect their part time working structure - is this possible?
