Better UX for Sorting in Reports
When sorting rows in a report it would be nice to be able to drag the sorting criteria up or down so that you don't have to delete and remake it if you placed it in the wrong order or want to change the order.

Display the baseline variance which currently shows in Gantt view as a grey bar underneath actual dates the same way in timeline view.

One thing that I've found lacking in Smartsheet, compared to other products I've used, is a central location where a user can see everything that is assigned to them in one place. This would make it so much easier for our users to find what they need, quickly.
