Gaining access to Smartsheet as unlicensed user
Hi, I am a licensed user of Smartsheet. A collaborator (who does not have a license) is not able to access a workspace or sheet that I have shared with them. Other collaborators who also do not have a license are able to access the workspace/sheet. Are there any reasons why this might occur? Thank you!

Can't see shared sheet
A sheet has been shared with me. Sometimes it appears in my workspace. Other times it is not there. I am an editor and the owner has not changed anything to do with sharing. Why can I sometimes see the sheet in my list of items and other times it is not there?
