Re: @ people within WorkApps commenting
Would also like this ability as people will need to be able to tag eachother for my purpose. Thanks.
Re: ENGAGE 23 Logbook - Share & connect!
Loved meeting the team at the Community booth!
Re: Symbol Flexibility - more symbol colors/options
Right now, the colored dots range from green, yellow, red, gray/blue. I'd like to expand this to a set of 5 if possible for better communication in our tracker (different colors represent different stages within the process, etc.). We could easily even use upwards of 7 different colored dots, and custom colors would be best, but I know this would interfere with formulas which use these colors below.
Re: Symbol Flexibility - more symbol colors/options
Could we please add Symbol column-type with five colors options - Red, Yellow, Green, Blue (e.g. for 'not yet started') AND Gray (e.g. for 'n/a' or 'error')?

Re: Folder-level permissions
My organization would love to see this as a new enhancement, we've deployed Smartsheet in the US & Canada and both countries work drastically different so sharing has been a huge roadblock for us as some departments have approvals to do in folders that live in workspaces that are shared with those who make the requests. We can't separate them due to our architecture build so having this feature not only would enhance performance but allow us to bring in more of our company to the platform.
Re: September Question of the Month 💭 Join the conversation and receive a badge
If I could interview anyone, I would love to be able to bring Walt Disney forward in history and get his reaction to the changes in the entertainment and theme park industry. Walt Disney was always an inventor, but I would love to get his reaction to inventions like virtual reality and his company having parks in several different countries around the world. Especially in countries like Japan that the US was at War with during his lifetime.

@Colleen Patterson @Kleerfyre We're on the same page! I donate monthly to my local Humane Society and this would absolutely go towards that. 🐾

Re: Allow a Global Update for a Reference
There are often times when I want to create a formula with a cross-sheet reference where that referenced sheet is always the same. I want a way to create a Global (reusable) range reference that anyone can use in their formula without having to define that reference in every sheet. For instance, let's say I have a central list of products and I have 100 different sheets which also have one or more of those products and I want to create a lookup formula in those sheets to return information about the products. In an ideal state, as a system admin I would create Global references for the various columns of data in that central sheet and then ANY user could reuse those global references in their formulas without having to set up the same cross-reference each time - Smartsheet would be able to recognize the {range} as a global reference and automatically direct the formula to the central sheet. I expect this would require that when a Global reference is created, it's name becomes reserved so it cannot be reused for a non-global reference. This is similar to how named ranges work in Excel.
We regularly have to build formulas in existing sheets with cross-sheet references and we have to set the exact same cross-sheet reference up every single time. This is a tremendous waste of time.

Re: Set a Min-Max for Axis on Charts
When creating graphs, it would be great to be able to customize the Y axis with the range and increments you want. Sometimes the range displays as 120% which often isn't appropriate for the graph being created. I also personally prefer to have all/most my graphs with the same range and increments.
