Re: Updates to the Left Navigation, now generally available!
I agree with many others here - I don't see the benefit of popping up recent workspaces, and it's an extra step every time I want to navigate to a different workspace. It's annoying when you work in Smartsheet every day.

I am in 100% agreement with Paul. Having "Recent" pop up when you select "Browse" makes zero sense when "Recents" is directly below "Browse" on the toolbar.
If I want to see my recent files, I will select "Recents".
When I want to Browse…I want to browse.

Re: Alternative to unnecessary browse button change
It appears to be impossible to add an item on the sidebar or make a shortcut to the former Browse view. I just want to have a single click to get to the root.

I heartily agree! I'm in and out of many workspaces daily and now finding it takes more clicks to get to what I need. But I can see the value for some users.

Sort Report by the Summary result
I am having a report grouped by region and summarized by numbers of process per region. it's only sorted alphabetical by region not possible to be sorted by summary numbers.
Easy feature appreciate if it could be existed soon.

Editing rows with forms is the #1 missing feature
I know this is not a new topic, there are many questions and discussions on this already. But me and my end users really need a form view for modifying existing rows. My rows contain over 250 columns in the database I'm building. If I could create different form views to modify rows with, my efficiency would probably increase 25%, or more. Plus, I really have no efficient way for end users to request database updates. The update request function does not work for end users, or even back end power users, for that matter, it's just not very useful. I have to have this many columns to generate the various documents I'm producing with document generator (amazing function).
I know there are ways to create other sheets that could be populate with rows that then get moved to my database to work as sort of a database update. But to do it that way is clunky and frankly it's simply a workaround not a solution.

Workflow: both Copy and LINK specific columns from one sheet to another
Add the ability to specify the columns to copy and link from one sheet to another in the Copy Row automation.

Backup all workspaces
I need to be able to backup all workspaces at once. Backing up each workspace one by one is tedious and a waste of time.
I know someone is going to tell me "even system admins cannot backup workspaces they are not shared to, and can only backup workspaces they own or are shared with." So, let me do that. At least let me backup everything I own or have shared permissions.
Or create a Super Admin role that lets the user backup everything.
Just figure something out to make backups more useful and less of a chore.

Option to disable new menus that appear for left navigation options like Browse and Favorites
The new pop up menus in the left navigation tabs is not really efficient. it would be nice to have the option to turn off that pop up menu to be sent directly to favorites or browse instead of the pop up menu.
