Hey there! I'm Rebeca, the Engagement Specialist in our Community. You'll usually see me in announcements, greeting new members, commenting and responding to your questions.
A few things about me:
- I've been a part of the Community team since the end of May, and I've loved getting to know youβand your excellent musical taste!
- I love reading + organizing, so I have a lot of fun keeping track of my growing book collection with Smartsheet.
- Outside of work, I like to spend time in nature, visiting new places, books and music.
- I'm Costa Rican, and greatly enjoy exploring my country. Check out the T-Rex I found! Jurassic Park was in Costa Rica, right? π

I have the same request. Having this feature would reduce the number of reports needed to meet needs.

Automation Generated Email Updates including row information and attachments WITHOUT sharing Sheet name, Link, or any other information would be amazing. I have set up a message only response and it does not add the attachments which is a pain.

I'm so glad this is on the roadmap. I know the current advice is to use the Message Only version of the alert email, but since that version of the alert has to be triggered for each row, that method doesn't work for a daily or weekly automation that sends one email with all relevant rows. The main use of alert emails in our organization is to send specific information to people who do not and should not have access to the sheet, so including the sheet link just adds confusion and denied requests for access, as others have said.

I support this request with my vote as well. Including the link to the Sheet is not only not necessary for the application we built with Smartsheet, it is in such a dominate presentation that it begs to be clicked.

As so many other users have commented, the link to the sheet is creating confusion and we are receiving a bombardment of emails requesting access to the sheet upon sending weekly notifications of task status. PLEASE CAN THE LINK TO THE SHEET BE DELETED????? Message only is not an option as we have numerous rows for which we are trying to provide information. I've explored report options but we do not want to share the sheet with all users. Can we get an update on the status of this request?

Hard agree. Furthermore, the option to use placeholders removes the ability to send update digests daily/weekly/monthly. Frustrating to say the least!

Hello,
Is there a way to increase row limit per sheet? At the moment our data base is has 50 columns (which will not expand much more) but we have at the moment around 11k of rows used and we would like to continue using the same sheet. Is there a way we can expand this limit per sheet?

Dynamic View - Download All Attachments at Once
Hi,
We need a way to download all attachments in a Dynamic View at one time (vs having to download them one by one). This is an available feature in the regular sheets. How do we do this in dynamic view?
