Hello! Is there way to have Smartsheet auto include a generated PDF in the notification email it sends out once a form is filled out and submitted? I'm still relatively new to Smartsheet and I currently have the automation set up to generate a document with each form submission and send an email to a specified email address. However, as this is for an application, a PDF form is needed to forward along to underwriting for review. Having an option for the Smartsheet notification email to include a copy of the PDF itself would save the brokers time in not requiring them to go into Smartsheet to download the PDF. Is this a possible upgrade idea? Thank you!

In addition to being able to count and sum a column in a report, I'd like Smartsheet to be able to count UNIQUE values within a group.

For example, I have a report shows me all tasks from multiple projects and groups by project manager. If I try to count the Project column to see how many projects each Project Manager has work on, Smartsheet returns the number of Tasks, not the number of Projects. If I could count unique values, I'd be able to get the metric I want and then create the figure I want.

Right now, I have to do a work-around using pivot tables to consolidate the data first, which is not ideal long-term.

After 1 year of activity, the only missing component is the ability to add image (by camera or photos) into a cell when filling out a form. Images in cells make the SmartSheets come alive.

In drafting a punch list, upwards of 10K line items for correction or repairs are entered by a Project Architect and or Owner.

The intention is to have a repeating Form that an Architect/Owner can fill out in each finished room. The biggest benefit of the image capture is that it is included in report distribution, allowing the receiver to review issue without repeatedly opening attachments. Much more efficient for time.

@Genevieve Evans I am asking that image(s) be included into the form above the questions. Think of an order form. A customer would open a form and the image of a bag would appear and they would either select order or not order. If they choose not order and using logic, the next bag image would pop up for them to choose to order, and so on. Does that make sense? If not please let me know and maybe we can setup some time to meet and I can walk you through what I am looking for.

Would love to be able to Find and Replace within Formulas, would save so much time..

At present administrators can see a workflow created by another administrator, but they cannot view or edit details. Oddly, they are able to disable or delete it.

Administrators need to be able to share their Salesforce Connector workflows with other administrators with edit and view permissions.

I 100% agree, now lets see if they actually listen to our ideas and implement them.🤔

extend the capacity of a single sheet to more than 20k rows. Even extending it to 30k would help but this capacity limit is very restricting in large organizations with large, long term projects.
