Re-occuring "Row" event reminder

Allow a row reminder to be set to repeat, I.e., every 3rd Thursday, every Sept 1st, etc.… over a more extended period vs. one at a time and having to recreate it.

The current process is a more involved task of creating a workflow and setting conditions for EVERY row that needs a reoccurrence.
