Survey Form Automation & Teams Integration

I've created a form for the HR Dept to collection employee appreciation submission. They want all submissions posted to the Team group. I was able to complete all the required ask except I can't figure out how to remove the link <GK Shout-out Submission Form> at the top because they don't want anyone to have access to the sheet that's tracking all submissions.

I thought it was located here but that doesn't remove the link out to the sheet.

Also, tried unchecking and same results.

Can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong. TIA

    Hey @Marcia562

    There is a work-around for the Teams post that would not include the link to the sheet. Instead of using the Alert Teams Notification, use the Alert Someone instead, then use the email address of the Teams Channel as the specific person you are sending to. Using this option you can then use Placeholders (field names enclosed in {{field name}} inserted in the message body. You could insert every field needed. Then choose Message Only . This option does not include the sheet link with the message.
